The Uganda tour of Namibia 2023 will start on Wednesday, July 5, in Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia.
Featuring four T20 internationals and two unofficial ODIs, all matches of the Uganda tour of Namibia 2023 will be played at the United Cricket Club Ground in Windhoek.
Led by captain Merwe Erasmus, the Namibia cricket team will aim to bounce back after suffering a 2-3 ODI series defeat against a visiting Indian state cricket team, Karnataka, earlier in June.
On the other hand, the Uganda cricket team head into the series after a thrilling one-run win against Kenya in the Africa Continental Cup 2023 final.
The visitors have announced their 14-member squad for the Uganda tour of Namibia 2023 to be captained by Brian Masaba.
Uganda also visited Namibia in a similar series last year. While Namibia won the three-match T20I series 2-1, the two-match unofficial ODI series ended 1-1.
