ICC Men’s CWC League 2 2019-23 resumes on November 19 - Watch live streaming

The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 2019-23 will resume for its penultimate leg of the competition on November 19. 

The League 2 includes seven teams and the top three sides enter the 2023 World Cup Qualifier, which will be held in Zimbabwe next year. The final leg of the League 2 will take place in February 2023. 

Namibia, Oman, USA, UAE, Scotland, Nepal and Papua New Guinea are the nations fighting it out to reach the World Cup Qualifier. 

The qualifier will be the final hurdle to reach the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India, which begins in October 2023. 

Namibia will be the team heavily involved in this phase, who will play eight matches to make it to the top three. 

They will host four teams across two different tri-series, first of which begins on November 19. It will include Papua New Guinea and the United States and each team will play four matches each at the Wanderers Cricket Ground in Windhoek. 

After a five day break, the hosts will square off against Scotland and Nepal in the same format as the previous series. Namibia have 26 points to their credit in 22 matches and these eight matches could decide their fate in the tournament.

The teams finishing in the bottom four of the table will get a second shot at making it to the World Cup Qualifier in Zimbabwe, through the Qualifier Playoff.
